The price is agreed before the work starts.
Every group brand quotes a fixed figure up front and stands by it. No hourly meters, no surprise invoices, no discovery calls that exist to find out what the client can afford.
Principles
These are not values in the poster sense. They are the operating rules each brand is checked against before a site launches, a quote goes out, or a letter is issued. When a brand breaks one, that is a defect, and it gets fixed like one.
01
Every group brand quotes a fixed figure up front and stands by it. No hourly meters, no surprise invoices, no discovery calls that exist to find out what the client can afford.
02
A group site is expected to load in about a fifth of a second. Slow is treated as broken. This applies to our own sites before it applies to a client's.
03
The customer brings the idea, or the domain, or the need. The brand carries the rest of the way. Handing back a to do list is a failure.
04
If a business does not need a new website, the brand says so and loses the sale. If a bank account cannot be guaranteed, nobody guarantees it. Trust is the only asset that compounds.
05
Each brand has its own name, voice and market, and runs as its own business. What they share is not a logo. It is how the work gets done.
06
Search optimisation is written into the first line of code, never bolted on afterwards. A site nobody can find has not been finished.
A group of separate brands only works if the thing they share is real. A logo is not enough and a shared founder is not enough. What makes LlamaMakers Group one thing is that a customer of any brand gets the same fixed price, the same speed, and the same honest answer whether they are in Houston, Ohio or Lahore. Writing the rules down is how we keep that true as the group grows and as people who are not the founders start running the brands.
If you are a customer of a group brand and you think one of these rules was broken, tell the group directly. That is what the contact page is for.
